ReplyDeleteAhhh, the all-important comma, Pam. :) It was a summary of my dinner that evening: buffalo chicken enchiladas, with a cilantro cream sauce (cilantro, Greek yogurt and a little water). It was delicious, as the leftovers continue to be!
